Esser Twin Cast 900 Pipeline components offer the longest service life available in the market today. These products are
designed and proven to be the best overall pipeline system consisting of superior materials and Esser patented flanges which

Esser Twin Cast 900 pipes are made consisting of static outer pipe, a hardened inner pipe that is heat treated to a hardness of 67 HRC using our unique heat treating process and completed with patented Esser flanges. Due to the unique Esser welding process, there are NO heat-affected areas of the pipeline.
Esser Twin Cast 900 elbows are made consisting of steam hardened cast material as the inner layer, a static outer shell and then fitted with patented Esser Twin Cast flanges.
All Esser Twin Cast 900 Pipeline components meet or exceed all of the concrete pump manufacturer specifications including wall thickness, inner and outer diameter tolerances, weight restrictions, working pressure ratings and safety requirements.

The Esser 900 Twin Pipe for the boom:
- This pipe is supplied with a total wall thickness of 4.0 mm or 4.5mm and two of the patented Esser 900 Twin Cast flanges.
- This pipe has an average hardness of up to 67 HRC throughout the entire pipe length and the full depth of (2.0 mm or 2.5mm) of the inner layer.

The Esser 900 Twin Pipe for the deck:
- This pipe is supplied with a total wall thickness of 8.6mm and two of the patented Esser 900 Twin Cast flanges.
- This pipe has an average hardness of up to 67 HRC throughout the entire pipe length and the full depth of (5.6mm) of the inner layer.

The Esser 900 Twin Cast Elbow:
- This elbow is designed to be used at all locations on the deck, turret and boom. This elbow has a mild steel outer pipe and a solid inner pipe of the unique steam hardened Esser 900 Twin cast material and is completed with two Esser 900 Twin Cast flanges. This elbow also has a hardness of 67 HRC throughout the entire inner cast pipe.
